The information contained within the content of this web site comes from some of the best Self-Protection and Combative instructors in the world today. A lot of these ideas have been passed down on an instructor to student basis from as far back as seven decades. In some cases, the information within comes from one person's individual experience - both my own, and from those whom I have trained with and aspire to.
Although there is a large amount of personal input that goes into what I teach, I make no pretence that any of this material is unique to me. I merely carry on the torch to try and light the path for others. So, read with an open mind and take what you need for your own functional jigsaw.
