Delivery of Merchandise

Please note that UC Services are no longer using a courier service or DHL, due to an increase in their costs which would otherwise have resulted in increased merchandise prices here. The only alternative is to employ Royal Mail.

UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail as a Recorded Delivery, at a delivery charge of £5 for up to 1Kg.

International orders can be shipped by Royal Mail at a delivery charge of £15 for up to 1Kg. Please note, however, that delivery times fluctuate with Royal Mail, and can be up to a month depending on the destination.

Alternatively, Royal Mail offer an "International Trackable and Signed-For" service, which is faster. This is provided at a delivery charge of £20 for up to 1Kg.

Please supply a valid telephone number on orders delivered to the USA as this is a Customs requirement for imports.
